2. Time for submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV.HCM within 10 days starting from the date of notice)

4. Criteria for selection:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction costs.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, Relevant records under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

Note:

- An default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions. Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV.HCM will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV. HCM will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
