1. Assets auction: 314 machines is secured assets of Saigon Offshore Fabrication and Engineering Limited, is sold separately to two lots of asset as follows:

• Lots 1: including 263 machines at Dong Xuyen Industrial Zone, Rach Dua ward, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province;
• Lots 2: including 51 machines at 99 Road No.3, Thanh My Loi ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

3.1 Starting price:

• Lots 1: 49.364.000.000 VNĐ (Ninety nine billion three hundred sixty four million Viet nam dong).
• Lots 2: 48.289.000.000 VNĐ (Ninety eight billion two hundred eighty nine million Viet nam dong).

Note: The starting price does not include value added tax and does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership / use of the property, dismantlement / removal / transportation of the property, registration fee , notary fees, registration fees and other costs (if any) when buying the property, these costs are borne by the auction winner.

3.2  Price step: 50.000.000 VND (Fifty million Viet Nam dong).

3.3  Escrow deposit: 5% Starting price, as follows:
