2. Deadline for application submission:

Deadline for submission is 07 days from the date of notification (Documents submitted by post are counted by postmark, provided that BIDV Hathanh Branch must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities, equipment necessary to ensure the auction for the type of auctioned property

- A feasible and effective auction plan.

- Competence, experience and reputation of the property auction organization

- Remuneration for auction service, appropriate property auction costs

- Have a name in the list of property auction organizations published by the Ministry of     Justice

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation, related dossiers according to Section 4 of this Notice and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ha Thanh shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization
