BIDV Hai Duong announces the selection of assets auction organization

1. Property information:

- Name of property: Property attached to land of Vinh Thanh Joint Stock Company according to the land use right certificate, house ownership and other land-attached assets No. CM 050579 issued by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee dated 30/01/ 2018.

- Address of the property: Thach Khoi ward, Hai Duong city and Gia Xuyen commune, Hai Duong city.

- Property description: All land lease rights and land-attached assets have been fully issued with a certificate of ownership, including: production workshop, warehouse for finished products, warehouse for material classification, house worker feeder, weighing station, substation, internal road yard, operator, security house...and other ancillary works.

- Legal information on property: Certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets, number CM 050579, issued by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province on January 30, 2018. Specifically:

+ Total area: 9,614 m2

+ Purpose of use: Land for industrial clusters

+ Origin of land lease: The State leases land with annual payment

+ Land use term: Until January 10, 2037

- Starting price: VND 15,500,000,000 (in words: Fifteen billion five hundred million VND)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The time limit for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post shall be counted according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Hai Duong must receive it within 07 days from the date of notification). 

3. Application submission location:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Hai Duong Branch, Business Department 1, Address: No. 2 Le Thanh Nghi, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, Hai Duong City.

4. Selection criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- In order to ensure the progress and regulations on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, priority should be given to auction organizations based in areas that are not subject to the Prime Minister's directives on measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic. 19.

5. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Letter of bid, related documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier is automatically invalidated in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Hai Duong will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered unselected, BIDV Hai Duong will not return the documents to the unselected.
