1.2. Assets according to the third party property mortgage contract No. 1507/2010/HDTC-PH dated 20 July 2010.

1.3. Assets according to the contract No. 06/2010/HDTC-PH dated 07 Dec 2010.

1.4. Assets according to the contract No. 01/2016/3250927/HĐBĐ dated 22 Feb 2016.

1.5. Assets according to the  Amended and supplemented document No. 01PL/2013/HD of the contract on mortgage of assets formed from loan capital No. 03.1607/2010/HDTC-PH dated 20 July 2010.

1.6. Assets according to the Contract for mortgage of assets No. 01/2014/3250927/HDBD dated 30 May 2014.

1.7. Assets according to the Annex of Contract signed on 07 Dec 2010 of the Contract for mortgage of properties formed from loan capital No. 03.1607/2010/HDTC - PH dated 20 July 2010.

1.8. Assets according to the Mortgage contract No. 01/2601/2010/HDTC-CTY LTD.PH dated 29 January 2010.

Starting price: VND 11,000,000,000 (In words: Eleven billion Vietnamese Dong).

2. Application deadline:

Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (dossier sent by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV Hai Duong must be received within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

*Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

- BIDV Hai Duong shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Hai Duong do not return the application of unselected organization.
