The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of this Announcement (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Hatay no later than 10 days from the date of this Announcement).

4. Selection criteria

- Having property auction function.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- Having the minimum operating time of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Other criterias as required by BIDV Hatay

5. Documents for registration

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation, related documents at Item 4 abow and  other commitments of auction organization (if any).

*Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Hatay shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
