Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Nam Branch (BIDV Ha Nam) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Property information:

1.1. Land use rights and assets attached to land at No. 6, Lot 12, Group 78, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi.

- Land area: 80m2

- Form of use: Private use: 80m2; General use: 0m2

- Assets attached on land: 5.5-storey flat-roof house, construction area of 440m2

- Starting price: VND7,829,000,000 (In words: Seven billion, eight hundred and twenty nine million Vietnamese dong)

1.2. Machinery and equipment for the steel structure manufacturing industry, specifically:

- 01 automatic tack welder and attachment machine for welding steel girder HZJ-2000, steel structure  for tack welder and attachment machine HZJ-2000;

- 01 automatic gate welder SXBH20, steel structure for automatic gate welder SXBH20

- 01 peening machine cleaning the girder H: HGP 1020-8, steel structure for peening machine cleaning the girder

Starting price of three above machines and equipment: VND1,481,000,000 (In words: One billion, four hundred and eighty one million Vietnamese dong)

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Ha Nam no later than 09 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

The organizations that register for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Having function of property auction.

- Having operation time of at least 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ha Nam shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
