- Land Use Rights according to Certificate of Land Use Rights No. T 868966, registered book No. 407 QSDD/QD 319/UB issued by People Committee  of  Dong Van district on 26 June 2004; address: Area 5 – Dong Van town – Dong Van district, Ha Giang province

- Description of asset:

+ Land: Land plot No.: 76; Map sheet No.: 13; Area: 90 m2

+ Asset attached to land: Floor area: 232,4 m2; Address: Area 5 – Dong Van town – Dong Van district, Ha Giang province 

- Starting price: VND1,500,000,000 (In word: One billion five hundred million Vietnamese dong)

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Ha Giang no later than 07 days from the date of notification.

3. Place for submission:

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license;

- Have operated for at least 03 years;

- Have at least 03 auctioneers;

- Have at least 03 branches/ representative offices (if any);

- Other criteria according to the Branch’s requirements.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document;

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile;

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any);

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements.

* Note:

- The application automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ha Giang shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations.
