Deadline for submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted via post are calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV East Hanoi must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities and equipment necessary for the auctioning of the auctioned property.

- Feasible and effective auctioning plan.

- Ability, experience and prestige of the property auction company.

- Reasonable charge of auction service.

- Included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice

- Minimum operating period of 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Registration document consisting of:

- Legal documents of the company.

- Description of competence and experience.

- Offer, related documents under Item 4 hereof, and other commitments of the auction company (if any).

* Note:

- The registration document automatically expires if the auction organization must not auction according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Dong Hanoi will send a written notice of the result to the selected auction company. BIDV  Dong Hanoi will not return applications to entities who are not selected..
