- Other criteria required by the Branch.

5. Registration documents include:

- Enterprise’s legal documents

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of quotation, other commitments of valuation enterprise (if any).

- Other documents required by the Branch.

* Notes:

- The notice of selection will be automatically expired in case the valuation enterprise is not allowed to conduct the valuation as prescribed by the law.

- BIDV Dong Hanoi will issue a written notice of the results to the selected valuation company, the units that are not informed of the results are considered as not selected, BIDV Dong Hanoi does not return the documents to the Units not selected.
