Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Dong Do Branch (BIDV Dong Do) hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

- Land use right and assets attached to land according to Certificate No. CM 100313 issued by Department of Natural Resources and Environment on 30 January 2018, registered book number: CS05425 for Mr. Nguyen Van Luu and his wife, Mrs. Do Thi Giang.

- Land lot No. 29; Map No. 4H-II-02; Address: Group 10 , Tan Mai Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi; Area: 101.6 m2 (In words: One hundred and one point six square meters); Form of use: Private use; Purpose of use: Residential land in urban areas; Term of use: Long term; Origin of use: Receipt of transfer of land recognized and allotted by the State with land use fees

- Starting price: VND10,688,000,000 (In word: Ten billion six hundred eighty eight million Vietnamese dong).

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Dong Do no later than 09 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

The organizations that register for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Having function of property auction.

- Having operation time of at least 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
