1. Property information:

- 1.329.000 shares of Thai Binh Food Joint Stock Company

- Starting price: VND 5,050,200,000 (In words: Five billion and fifty million two hundred thousand dong)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 7 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Dong Do within 9 days starting from the date of notice).

3. Place of submission:

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having property auction function.

- Having the minimum operating time of 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- There are at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Other criteria required by the Branch.

5. Required documents:

- Enterprise legal documents

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
