Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Dong Do Branch (BIDV Dong Do) hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

- Name of asset: Certificate on land use right and assets attached to land No CĐ 769908, number in the certificate book:CS - HBT 03173 issued by Department of Natural Resources and Environment Ha Noi on 09 November 2016 for Mr. Tran Thanh Dat to transfer to Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tu and his wife, Mrs. Nguyen Hong Phuong under the Contract of transfer land use right in notarization numbers 465.2017, Book No. 01/TP/CC/HĐGD dated 13 February 2017 at Hai Ba Trung Notary Office, certified by Hanoi Land Registration Office - Hai Ba Trung Branch on 16 February 2017.

2. Time for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 10 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Dong Do no later than 12 days from the date of notification).

3. Place for application submission:

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Having operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/ representative offices.

- Have a description of the feasible, effective and suitable bidding plan according to BIDV's requirements.

- Have a description of capacity, experience, prestige.

5. Application:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Auction certificate of vocational training auction / Auction practice certificate of at least 03 auctioneers

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Description of feasible and effective bidding plans.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Notes:

- The application automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of organization unselected.
