+ Address: Nghi Thu Ward, Cua Lo Town, Nghe An Province.

+ Land area: 178.5  m2.

2. Deadline for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Dong Do no later than 07 days from the date of notification)

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected organization must be listed on Ministry of Finance's public list of eligible asset auction organizations.

- The selected organization is not forbidden by the Law.

- Selected enterprise must be on priority list to select asset pricing in Offical Letter No.3135/BIDV-QLTD dated 28 June and offers the best price.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

- BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Dong Do do not return the application of unselected organization.
