1.2. The second asset:

Asset name: Demag  DF135C Asphalt Pavers

Address: 81 Xa Lo Ha Noi, Dong Hoa ward, Di An town, Binh Duong.

2. Time of application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Dong Do within 10 days starting from the date of notice).

3. Place of submitting files:

4. Selection criteria:

Facilities, necessary equipment guarantee for the auction for the type of auctioned asset.

Feasible and effective auction plan.

The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

Operate at least 03 years.

There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

Enterprise legal document.

Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
