Land use right, ownership of houses and other properties attached to land at Lai Dong 3 Village, Trung Chinh Commune, Luong Tai District, Bac Ninh Province. Certificate No. BC703142 issued by People's Committee of  Luong Tai district on 30 Dec 2010.

1.2. The second asset:

A Honda CRV 2.4L car with number plate 30A-976.70, details are as follows:

Model: Honda CRV 2.4L

Year of manufacture: 2016

Vehicle registration date for the first time: 2016

Starting price: 703.000.000 VND

1.3. The third asset:

A Huyndai Santafe car with number plate 30A-9763, details are as follows:

Color: Black

Model: Santafe

Year of manufacture: 2005

Vehicle registration date for the first time: 2008

Starting price: 383.800.000 VND

2. Time of application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 04 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Dong Do within 07 days starting from the date of notice).

3. Place of submitting files:

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Operate at least 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Other suitable criteria at the request of the Unit: Priority in selecting the list of auction organizations issued by BIDV

5. Documents required:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

*Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
