1. Information of asset:

A Mercedes Benz E200 car with number plate 29A-504.66, details are as follows:

• Number of seats: 05
• Model: E200

Vehicle registration date for the first time: 31/12/2011

1.2. The second asset:

Land use right, ownership of houses and other properties attached to land at B6 apartment building, lane 222 Le Duan, Dong Da district, Ha Noi. Certificate No. AC 394287 issued by People's Committee of  Dong Da district on 29 Dec 2005.

2. Deadline for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Dong Do no later than 07 days from the date of notification)

4. Selection criteria:

The selected organization must be listed on Ministry of Finance's public list of eligible asset auction organizations.

The selected organization is not forbidden by the Law.

Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements.

5. Documents required:

Enterprise legal document.

Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

*Note:

Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Dong Do do not return the application of unselected organization.
