- Land use right and assets attached to land according to Certificate No. BV 498890, issued by People’s Committee of Ha Dong district on 11 August 2015; registered book number: CH-02272 for Nguyen Trung Thiem. Land plot No.255, Map no.02.

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification

3. Place for submission:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam- Dong Da Branch, 71 Nguyen Chi Thanh street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.

4. Criteria for selection:

Organizations registering to participate in valuation must be in the public list of appraisal companies that qualify for valuation notified by the Ministry of Finance.

Organizations registering to participate in valuation must not be in the case of prohibited valuation by the Price Law and the guidance documents.

5. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprise must be in the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for valuation activities made by the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise is not subject to the case of not eligible for valuation activities in accordance with regulations of Law on prices and guiding documents.

- Other criteria as requested by the Branch.

6. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Dong Da shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
