Total outstanding debt as off May 24, 2021) : 31,797,447,469 VND according to the credit limit contract number: 02/2019/10548075/HDTD dated 06/05/2019.

3. Description of Property to be sold:

 - Property No. 1: Certificate of land use right, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets No. CM 059747 at No. 11B, Den Mau Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province. This certificate is certified by People’s Committee of Hai Duong City on March 21st, 2018, registration No. CH-00249, and is owned by Mr. Mai Van Chuan and Mrs. Hoang Thi Huong (Area: 39.8 m2, 2-storey house 64.6 m2).

- Property No. 2: Certificate of Land use right, Ownership of house and other land-attached assets No. CO 578732 at No. 55 Binh Minh Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province. This certificate is certified by People’s Committee of Hai Duong City on September 20th, 2018, registration No. CH 00884, and is owned by Mr. Mai Van Chuan and Mrs. Hoang Thi Huong (Area: 86.2 m2, 2-storey house 145.6 m2).

- Property No. 3: Certificate of Land use right, Ownership of house and other land-attached assets No. CO 578909 at No. 4/23 Le Chan Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province. This certificate is certified by People’s Committee of Hai Duong City on August 31st, 2018, registration No. CH 00239, and is owned by Mr. Tieu Ha Kien and Mrs. Le Thi Lan (Area: 136.6 m2, 3-storey house 176 m2).

- Property No. 3: Certificate of Land use right, Ownership of house and other land-attached assets No. CP 054267 at No. 08/58 Viet Hung Street, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District       , Ha Noi City. This certificate is certified by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ha Noi on October 30th, 2018, registration No. CS-LB 16107, and is owned by Mrs. Le Thi Hanh (Area: 74.9 m2, 3-storey house 98 m2).

4. Reservation price:

- Property No. 1: 1,525,000,000 VND (In words: One billion, six hundred three million, three hundred and forty thousand Vietnamese Dong).

- Property No. 2: 2,875,000,000 VND (In words: Three billion, twenty-five million, six hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong).

- Property No. 3: 3,555,000,000 VND (In words: Three billion, seven hundred forty one million, three hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong).

This reservation price does not include property transfer taxes and fees.

5. Method of collateral sale: Direct negotiation between BIDV Dong Da Branch and Bidders.

6. Period for interested parties to contact & send written requests: : End of November 15th,2020.

7. The deposit:

        a. The deposit equals to 10% of the reservation price and shall be paid by bank transfer in advance.

        d. If the bidders are selected, the deposit shall be hold to insure the contract of sale and be deducted from the sale price. If the selected bidders fail to comply with the contract of sale, deposit shall not be recovered.
