2. Appraisal purpose: Determining the value of collaterals as a basis for selecting the starting price to put up for public auction to recover bad debts of Tran Thanh Dai Company Limited and Thanh Dien One Member Company Limited.

3. Criteria for selected asset valuation enterprise

In order to ensure that the appraising value of collaterals is carried out in accordance with the law, BIDV DBSCL selects and prioritizes valuation organizations that fully meet the criteria as follows:

- Chosen enterprises must belong to public List of Appraisal Enterprises satisfy conditions to appraised operations of Ministry of Finance.

- Chosen enterprises do not belong to case of unallowed doing appraisal according to regulations of Law on price and relevant documents.

- Open and use specialized account at one of branches of BIDV where Debts Processing Center is located, including Long Bien Ha Noi Branch, Thong Nhat Branch, and Dong bang song Cuu Long Branch.

4. Required documents

- Legal document of corporation

- Description of company profile, experiences

- Letter of Offer

- Other commitments of price appraisal Enterprise (if any).

5. Application deadline and address:

- Time limit: 05 days from the day of notice (documents sent by postal will be calculated according to stamp of post office, on condition that BIDV DBSCL must receive documents within 07 days from day of notice).

- Submit application to participate in asset valuation: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Dong bang song Cuu Long Branch, Bussiness Customer Department, Address: 53 – 55A, Vo Van Tan Street, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
