- Name of property: Land use right of mortgager is land piece in accordance with Certificate of Land Use Right, House Ownership and Other Property Associated With Land No. CS 350044 (Reg No. GCN CS19285), CS 350045 (Reg No. GCN CS19285), CS 350046 (Reg No. GCN CS19283), CS 350047 (Reg No. GCN CS19283), CS 350048 (Reg No. GCN CS19288) issued by Natural Resources and Environment Department of Vinh Long Province on 20 August 2019.

2. Period for applying documents:

Period for direct applying documents is (20) days from the day of notice (documents sent by postal will be calculated according to stamp of post office, on condition that BIDV – Dong bang song Cuu Long Branch must receive documents within (20) days from day of notice).

3. Location for applying documents:

4. Criterion for choosing:

- Enterprises are chosen must belong to public List of Appraised Enterprises satisfy conditions to appraised operations of Ministry of Finance.

- Appraised Company is chosen will not belong to case of not to be appraised according to regulations of Law on price and instruction documents.

- Open and use the sole account in each of branches of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam where have the Office of Debts Processing Center including Long Bien, Hanoi Branch, Thong Nhat Branch, Dong bang song Cuu Long Branch.

5. Registration documents, including:

- Legal document of Company.

- Description of company profile, experiences.

- Letter of Offer.

- Other commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).

*Note:

- Registration documents implicitly are expired in the case of price appraisal company is not to be appraised according to regulations of law.

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Dong bang song Cuu Long Branch will have documents to notify price appraisal company to be chosen, units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Dong bang song Cuu Long Branch will not returned documents to units not to be chosen.
