• Land use right at Team 2, Yen Thai Village, Dong Yen Commune, Quoc Oai district, Ha Noi City; Certificate No. BK 804132 issued by People's Committee of Quoc Oai district on 26 Dec 2013, Area: 222,9 m2.

2.Deadline for submission: 03 working days from the posting notice date.

4.Selection criteria

• The selected organization must be listed on Ministry of Finance's public list of eligible asset appraisal organizations.
• The selected asset appraisal organization is not forbidden by the Law.

5.Documents required

• Enterprise legal document.
• Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
• Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

Note:

• Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.
• BIDV Dai La shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Dai La do not return the application of unselected organization.
