+ Form of use: Private use

+ Purpose of use: Residential land in urban areas

+ Time-limit of use: Long term

+ The origin of using: Handling mortgage debt recognized the land use rights as the land allocation with collection of land use fees.

+ Floor area: 248,0 m²

- Starting price: VND26,400,000,000 (In words: Twenty six billion, four  hundred million Vietnamese dong)

2. Time for document submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Chuong Duong no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Having operated for at least 03 years.

- Have at least 03 auctioneers.

- Have at least 03 branches/ representative offices.

- Other criteria according to the Branch’s requirements

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

* Notes:

- The application automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Chuong Duong shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations.
