1. Information of assets:

Assets are inventory including jewlry items (necklaces, earrings, rings, watchs,...) branded gold and silver Doji and some other brands; and decorative items (Feng Shui painting; decorating goods,...)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (In case, the application is submitted by post, the time is calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Hung Vuong branch must receive it within 10 days from the date of notification.

3. Application submission location:

* Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hung Vuong Brach.

4. Selection Criteria:

* Enterprises submitting dossiers must ensure material facilities, capacity and conditions to conduct price appraisal.

* Being named in the list of enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

* The selected appraisal enterprise must comply with the provisions of the Law and implement the document

5. Registration dossier includes:

* Corporate legal documents.

* Description of capacity and experience.

* Quotation letter and related documents according to Section 4 of this notice (the offer letter is put in a sealed envelope).

* Note:

- The registration dossier will be invalidated in case the valuation enterprise is not appraised according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Hung Vuong Brach will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation enterprise.

Units that are not notified of the results are considered unselected, and BIDV Hung Vuong Brach will not return the documents to unselected units.
