The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Chau Thanh Sai Gon Branch (BIDV Chau Thanh Sai Gon) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

- Address: Long Truong Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City;

- Area: 925.3 m2 (In words: nine hundred twenty five point three square meters);

- Form of use: Private use; Purpose of use: Residential land in urban areas; Term of use: Long term;

- Starting price: 24.044.000.000 VND (In word: Twenty four billion forty four  million Vietnamese dong).

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Chau Thanh Sai Gon no later than 09 days from the date of notification).

3. Place of submission:

4. Selection criteria:

The organizations that register for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Having the function of a property auction organization.

- Having operational time of at least 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Chau Thanh Sai Gon shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
