Organizations registering to participate in auctions must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having at least 3 years of operation time.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- There are at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Remuneration for auction services, reasonable auction costs.

- Other criteria required by BIDV Cau Giay Branch.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Business legal documents.

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other records required by the Branch.

BIDV Cau Giay will issue a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those who are not informed of the result are not selected, BIDV Cau Giay does not return the documents to the ones selected.
