An organization registering to participate in an auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Property Auction Law and the following criteria:

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Have at least 03 branches / representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

- BIDV Binh Tay Sai Gon shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Binh Tay Sai Gon do not return the application of unselected organization.
