BE 499059, number into the Certificate Book: CH 07907 issued by the People’s Committee of District 6, Ho Chi Minh city on July 11, 2011; registration change owner on 09 February, 2018 (in accordance with the agreement on the mortgage of immovable assets no. 05/2018/9370914/HĐBĐ on 04 April, 2018 between Mrs. Le Thi Hanh with BIDV – Binh Tay Sai Gon Branch.

+ Origin of use: assigned or leased land, recognition of land use rights such as land allocation with collection of land use fees;

c) Owner: Mrs. Le Thi Hanh.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification.
