2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV Binh Tay Saigon must be received within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

*Notes:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Binh Tay Saigon will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Binh Tay Saigon will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
