Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Binh Duong Branch (BIDV Binh Duong) would like to announce the selection of asset appraisal organization as follows:

1.Property information:

 

01 (one) CNC cutting machine, Hypertherm 3000.

01 (one) crane- drilling machine

01 (one) 15 Ton Crane

Property location: No. 27-28-29 Lot H, Dong Khoi Street, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

2. Time of submission:

The period for direct applying documents is seven (7) days from the day of notice (documents sent by postal will be calculated according to stamp of post office, on condition that BIDV must receive documents within ten (10) days from day of notice).

3. Place for submission:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Binh Duong Branch – Risk Management Department

4. Selection criteria:

- Enterprises are chosen must belong to public List of Appraised Enterprises satisfy conditions to appraised operations of Ministry of Finance.

- Appraised Company is chosen will not belong to case of not to be appraised according to regulations of Law on price and relevant documents.

- Competitive cost, prompt procedure.

- Other criteria as requested by the Branch.

5. Registration documents, including:

- Legal documents of company.

- Description of company profile, experiences.

- Letter of Offer, commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).

* Note:

- Registration documents automatically are expired in the case of price appraisal company is not to be appraised according to regulations of law.

- BIDV Binh Duong will have documents to notify asset appraisal organization to be chosen, units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, BIDV Binh Duong will not return documents to units not to be chosen.
