- Having at least 3 years of operation time.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- There are at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of the asset appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Remarks:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the asset appraisal enterprise is not permitted to conduct asset appraisal in accordance with law.

- BIDV Bim Son shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
