The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Bim Son Branch would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1.1. The first property: The land use rights and assets attached to land.

- Property description: Value of land use rights and properties attached to land according to land use right certificate No. AĐ 963185, the number entered in the certificate issuance book: H00001 issued by People's Committee of Ba Thuoc District on August 8, 2006.

- Property address:  Village Giau Ca, Luong Ngoai commune, Ba Thuoc district, Thanh Hoa province

 - Land area: 195m2 (One hundred and ninety-five square meters).

- Assets attached to land: a house, construction floor  area: 140m2

- Starting price: 387,288,000VND (In words: Three hundred eight-seven million two hundred eighty eight thousand dong).

1.2. The second property: The land use right.

- Property description: Land use right certificate No. CD 716457, the number entered in the certificate issuance book: CH00013 issued by People's Committee of Ba Thuoc District province on July 19, 2017.

- Property address:  Village Giau Ca, Luong Ngoai commune, Ba Thuoc district, Thanh Hoa province (land parcel: 38; map piece number: 37)

- Land area: 4086m2 (Four thousand zero hundred and eighty-six square meters).

- Assets attached to land:

- Starting price: 1,430,100,000VND (In words: One billion four hundred thirty million one hundred thousand dong).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification (date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Bim Son within 7 days from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

- Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria.

+ Having functions of property auction activities.

+ Having operation time of at least 03 years.

+ There are at least 03 auctioneers.

+ There are at least 03 branches / representative offices

+ Other criteria required by the Branch.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

*Notes:

- The registration file shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted in accordance with law.

- BIDV Bim Son shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Bim Son shall not return the application of unselected organization.
