BIDV Bim Son announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows

1. Property information:

- Property name: Steel net fishing vessel, registration number TH-93738-TS issued by Thanh Hoa Department of Exploitation and Protection of Aquatic Resources on December 28, 2016, specifically as follows:

- Property Description:

+ Name of ship type, brand: Net shooting fishing boat, design symbol LC-01.30

+ Shell material: Steel shell

+ Ship hull size:          + Lmax x Bmax x D = 30,80m x 7,80m x 3,90m

                                             + Ltk x Btk x d = 27,80m x 7,50m x 2,90m

+ Total power of main engine: 850 hp of CUMMINS brand, number of main engines: 01

- Property owners: Mr. Pham Van Son and Ms. Dang Thi Ha

- Starting price: VND 1,600,000,000 (In words: One billion six hundred million VND)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The time limit for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (the record submitted by post shall be calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Bim Son must receive it within 07 days from the date of notification).  .

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in the auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Having the function of asset auction activities.

- Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 Branches/ Representative Offices.

5. A registration record includes:

- Legal record of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Letter of bid, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The registration record is automatically invalidated in case the fake auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the regulations of law.

- BIDV Bim Son will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results are considered not selected, BIDV Bim Son will not return the records to the units is not selected.
