- Land use right at Tru Van Tho ward, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province (According to Certificate 01578/QSDD/3786/QD-UB, issued by People’s Committee of Ben Cat district on 21 November 2003) .

- Address: Tru Van Tho ward, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province.

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification

3. Place for submission:

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprise must be in the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for valuation activities made by the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise is not subject to the case of not eligible for valuation activities in accordance with regulations of Law on prices and guiding documents.

- Other criteria as requested by the Branch.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal document.

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ben Nghe shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
