BIDV Ban Me announces the selection of asset auction organization

The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Ban Me Branch (BIDV Ban Me) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

            1. Information about assets:

            Owners: Mr. Quach Van Day and Mrs. Ngo Thi Thoa (Mr. Day's wife). The assets include 02 land lots, particularly:

            1.1 Property 1: Land use right specified in the Certificate of land use right no. AP 831315 dated 28th September 2009 by the People’s Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City, the transfer agreed by Mr. Quach Van Bay and Mrs. Ngo Thi Thoa which was indicated in the contract no. 155, book no. 01/2009-TP/CC – SCT/HDGD dated 02nd October 2009. The deposit order dated 16th October 2009. It was certified by the Office of Land Use Right Registration of Buon Ma Thuot City on 19th October 2009.

            Land lot no.: 244; Map no.: 24;

            Address: Tu An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province;

            Area: 154.7 m2 (In words: One hundred fifty four point seven square meters);

            Form of use: Private use: 154.7 m2; Public use: 0 m2;

            Purpose of use: Residential land in urban area;

            Term of use: Permanent;

            Origin of use: assigned by the State

            * The assets attached to land lot: House.

            - Address: No. 29 Nguyen Cu Trinh, Tu An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.

            - Type of house: single-story house.

            - Area: 154.7 m2.

            - General structure: stone foundation, pier, brick walling, sheet metal roof.

            - Rate of quality: 50%.

            1.2 Asset 2: Land use right specified in the Certificate of land use right no. AC 461279 dated 24th May 2005 by the People’s Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City, the transfer agreed by Mr. Quach Van Bay and Mrs. Ngo Thi Thoa which was indicated in the contract no. 173/01TP/CC-SCC/HĐGĐ dated 29th November 2007, and the deposit order no. 0006316 dated 18th February 2008. It was certified by the Office of Land Use Right Registration of Buon Ma Thuot City on 20th October 2008.

            Land lot no.: 107; Map sheet no.: 24;

            Address: Tu An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province;

            Area: 207.7 m2 (In words: Two hundred seven point seven square meters);

            Form of use: Private use: 207.7 m2; Public use: 0 m2;

            Purpose of use: Residential land in urban area;

            Term of use: Permanent;

            Origin of use: Agreed from the transfer;

            * The assets attached to land lot: House.

            - Address: No. 20 Nguyen Cu Trinh, Tu An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.

            - Type of house: single-story house.

            - Area: 207.7 m2.

            - General structure: stone foundation, pier, brick walling, sheet metal roof.

            - Rate of quality: 40%.

            1.3 The total reserve price of the both assets is VND2,950,000,000 (In words: Two billion nine hundred fifty million Vietnamese Dong).

            2. Requirements for the property auction: The Bank simultaneously sells the two assets at a time, instead of separation.

            3. Time of application submission:

            The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Ban Me within 09 days starting from the date of notice).

            4. Place of submitting files:

            - The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Ban Me Branch, located at no. 41 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Tan An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.

            5. Selection criteria:

            Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Other criteria as required by BIDV Ban Me

            6. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by BIDV Ban Me

            *Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ban Me shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
