1.1. Land use right according to the Certificate of land use right no. BA 643823 issued on 11 Octorber 2012 by the People’s Committee of Krong Ana District.

Area: 210 m2

1.2. Land use right according to the Certificate of land use right no. V 800551 issued on 27 December 2002 by the People’s Committee of Krông Ana District

Land lot no.: 136; 137; 145; 151; Map sheet no.: 111;

Address: Dur Kmal Commune, Krong Ana District, Dak Lak Province;

Area: 11.155 m2

1.3 The total starting price of the assets above is: VND960,000,000 (In words: Nine hundred and sixty million Vietnamế Dong).

2. Requirements for the property auction: Purchasing both assets.

3. Time for submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Ban Me within 09 days starting from the date of notice).

4. Place of submission:

5. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Having operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/ representative offices.

6. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Notes:

- The application automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ban Me shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations.
