4. Fall-back price: VND 88.060.440.000 (Eighty-eight billion, sixty million, four hundred and forty thousand dong).

This price does not include costs for transfer of ownership/ use of assets, registration fees and other costs (if any) from buying assets, these costs are paid by the auction winner.
