Property information: All assets formed under the Tuynel Vuong Loc Brick Factory Investment Project at land plot number, map sheet number 00 according to the Certificate of Land Use Rights No. BB450961 issued by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province on 24th / 11/2011, the number in the registration book for the issuance of the certificate: CT00195 / 3434 / QD-UBND issued to Song Da 27 Joint Stock Company, area 39,618.9 m2, address: Hamlet 1, Vuong Loc Commune, Can Loc District, Ha Province Static.

3.2. Truck with trademark SAM SUNG BKS 38H-7261 (Asset 2): Car registration number 0006478 issued by Ha Tinh Police Department on  January 5, 2006.

3.3. Concrete mixing plant with UngGiang material, brand JS500 (Asset 3): Car registration number 0083984 issued by Viet Trade and Production Joint Stock Company on July 10, 2009.

4. The starting price and price step of the auctioned asset:

4.1 Vuong Loc Tuynel Brick Factory - Song Da 27 Joint Stock Company:

- Starting price: VND 12,331,487,000 (In words: Twelve billion, three hundred thirty one million, four hundred and eighty seven thousand dong)

- Price step: 50,000,000 VND / time.

- Starting price: VND 161,086,000 (In words: One hundred sixty one million, zero hundred and eighty six thousand dong).

- Price step: 50,000,000 VND / time.

4.3. Concrete mixing plant with UngGiang material, brand JS500

- Starting price: 20,948,000 VND (In words: Twenty million, nine hundred forty eight thousand dong).

- Price step 2,000,000 VND / time.

The above starting price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of the property, registration fees and other costs (if any) when purchasing the property, these costs are borne by the winner.

5. A bidder must pay a deposit during working hours on December 28, 2020 to December 29, 2020, 10% of the starting price of each account.
