- Property description: Land area of 216.26 m2; Floor area: 473.37m2; Number of floors: cellar + 03 floors.

- Starting price (VAT included): VND66,641,000,000 (In words: Sixty six billion, six hundred and forty one million Vietnamese Dong).

b. Asset 2:

- Property name: Land use rights and assets attached to land at address No. 4 Dien Bien Phu (639 Dien Bien Phu), Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Property description: Land area of 218.8 m2; Floor area: 89.25 m2; level (class): level 3.

- Starting price (VAT included): VND42,349,000,000 (In words: Forty-two billion, three hundred and forty nine million Vietnamese Dong)

c. Asset 3:

- Property name: Fortuner car, License Plate No: 56S-5576.

- Description: Toyota brand; Year of manufacture: 2010, Color: Grey.

- Starting price (VAT included): VND520,000,000 (In words: Five hundred and twenty million Vietnamese Dong)

d. Asset 4:

- Property name: Fortuner car, License Plate No: 56P-5163

- Description: Toyota brand; Year of manufacture: 2010, Color: Grey.

- Starting price (VAT included): VND493,000,000 (In words: Four ninety three million Vietnamese Dong)

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Bac Sai Gon no later than 09 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

+ Have asset auction license.

+ Having operated for at least 03 years.

+ Have at least 03 auctioneers.

+ Have at least 03 branches/ representative offices.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

* Notes:

- The application automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV North Sai Gon shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organization.
