2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Bac Ninh must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Operate at least 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Other suitable criteria at the request of the Unit: Priority in selecting the list of auction organizations issued by BIDV

5.The registration dossier includes:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

*Notes:

- An default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions.

- BIDV Bac Ninh will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the units that are not notified of the results are construed as not selected, BIDV Bac Ninh will not return the application to the selected auction organization. not selected.
