The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification.

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements.

( Notes: This notification automatically becomes invalid in case  auction organizer is not permitted to conduct the auction in accordance with the laws.

BIDV Bac Kan shall send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization; Those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations)
