2. Deadline for application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 5 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Bac Ha Noi within 7 days starting from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of Appraisal Organization..

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Bac Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
