1. Information of assets:

- Total outstanding loans of customer as of 1 April 2019 is VND76,500,000,000.

- Starting price: VND76,500,000,000 (In words: Seventy six billion and five hundred million Vietnamese Dong)  

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Bac Ha Noi no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

3. Place for submission:

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected organization must be listed on Ministry of Finance's public list of eligible asset auction organizations

- The selected organization is not forbidden by the Law

- Organizations whose branches/representative offices in Nghe An, Thai Nguyen or having experience in land evaluation in Nghe An and Thai Nguyen are preferable

- Quick, low-cost procedure.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

* Notes:

- The application automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Bac Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations.
