- Land use rights at Land lot No 24; Map No.: VM-14, address: 9b Le Thanh Tong Street, Van My Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City. Land area: 468.5 m2

- Land use rights at Land lot No 49; Map No.: VM-14, address: 343 Le Thanh Tong Street, Van My Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City. Land area: 141.5 m2

2. Deadline for application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 7 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Bac Ha Noi within 10 days starting from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auctions must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Function of property auction.

- Having at least 3 years of operation time.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- There are at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable cost, quick procedure

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Business legal documents.

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Bac Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
