BIDV Bac Ha hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information of assets:

Land use right according to Certificate No. CG 166626 issued by Department of Natural Resources and Environment on 07 December 2016, registered book number GCN: CS 37028 for Mr. Nam Pham Hong.

- Area: 67.5 m2

- Address:  Apt No. 701, 137 Nguyen Ngoc Vu Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi.

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Bac Ha no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

3. Place of submission:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Bac Ha Branch – 147 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Nghia Do Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Have legally property auction function.

- Have operated for at least of 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Quick procedures and reasonable cost.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal document.

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any).

*Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to perform auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Bac Ha shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Bac Ha do not return the application of unselected organization.
