Selection of asset auction organization for land use right of land area 33,037.9 m2, located in the new urban area of the festival city - Chau Doc City, An Giang Province with complete infrastructure.

- Location: New urban area of the festival city in Vinh My ward, Chau Doc city, An Giang province.

3. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of posting on VAMC's website (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Bac An Giang no later than 09 days from the date of VAMC's website posting).

5. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Having operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

6. Application:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Remarks:

- Notice on selection automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Bac An Giang shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of organization unselected.
