BIDV Thanh Nam puts on sale of the equipment of Do San Co., Ltd

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 161/2018/TB-LS dated 20 November 2018 of Lam Son Auction Joint Stock Company - Hanoi Branch

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Nam Branch announces the auction of assets of Dosan Co., Ltd. as follows:

1. Asset Information:

- All assets attached to the land of Dosan Co., Ltd. at Land Lot No. 72; Map No.: 41; Address : Lien Bao commune, Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh province, total land area: 19,157 m2

- Machinery and equipment system of 2 paper production lines and other auxiliary equipment (specialized in producing paper rolls) of Dosan Co., Ltd., including: Power supply system, electric motor; Paper machine system No. 1; Paper machine system No. 2; Coal fired boiler system; 2-way pulp pump; Pressure screening machine; Hydraulic machine; Paper pulp screening machine; Impurities filter equipment; Pulp stirring machine; Closed type ink removal machine; Machinery and equipment for disc mill vertical tank; Disc mill.

2. Reserve price:

VND18,153,000,000 (In words: Eighteen billion one hundred and fifty three million dong), excluding VAT and other related fees during ownership transfer process. All expenses related to the transfer of ownership and use of assets, including registration fee, title transfer fee, notary fee and other expenses (if any) shall be borne by the selected customer.

3. Time and place of auction:

- Time to submit registration application: From 28 November 2018 to 18 December 2018 (during working hours)

- Time for auction: 10:00am 21 December 2018.
