Nam Ha Tinh branch would like to inform units and individuals in the BIDV system and interested individuals and organizations to know and support to introduce partners wishing to buy assets. All remaining assets formed from Phu Hung Long Unbaked Brick and Tile Factory project include:

+ Operators, guard houses, weighing station operators, production workshops, motels, shift meals, mechanical houses, material storage houses, garages, air conditioning pools, fences, fences + gates, xylo foundations, weighing station foundations, machine foundations, feeder foundations, drainage ditches, water supply systems, internal road yards,  yard to bricks. Attached to the land use right according to the certificate of land use right, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land No. CK 142923 issued by Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee on 31/8/2017 to Phu Hung Long Ha Tinh Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company, area: 29,892 m2; Purpose of use: Implementing Phu Hung Long non-baked brick factory project; Origin of use: Land lease paid annually by Ha Tinh EZ Infrastructure Center; Expiry date: By the end of 25/02/2052.

+ Machinery and equipment: 01 production line of unbaked bricks, 01 production line of unbaked color tiles, 01 weighing station, 01 substation, accessories, production tools.

- Starting price: VND 24,924,400,000 VND (Twenty four bilion nine hundred and twenty four million four hundred thousand VND)

- Reserve: VND 1,800,000,000 VND (One billion eight hundred million VND).

- Price step: VND 50,000,000VND (Fifty million VND).

- Application cost: VND 500,000 (Five hundred thousand VND).

Note: The starting price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of the property, registration fees, land rent from 2020 (land leased annually) and other costs (if any) when making the purchase of the property, these costs are borne by the auction winner.
