2. Appraisal purpose:

Determining the value of security assets as a basis for selecting the starting price to put up for public auction to recover bad debts of Trong Thi Trading Co., Ltd.

3. Criteria for selected asset valuation enterprise

- In order to ensure that the organization of appraisal of the value of security assets is carried out in accordance with the law, BIDV Branch in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City selects and prioritizes valuation organizations that fully meet the criteria. after:

- The selected price appraisal enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance's public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities.

- The selected price appraisal enterprise is not eligible for price appraisal according to the provisions of the Law on Price appraisal and its guiding documents.

- Fully meeting the standards of the Vietnam Standard System of Valuation, issued under Circular No. 158/2014/TT-BTC dated October 27, 2014, Circular No. 28/2015/TT-BTC dated October 27, 2014. 06/03/2015 of the Ministry of Finance and regulations of law on appraisal of prices.

- Appraisers fully meet the criteria as prescribed by the Law on Price and the provisions of law, have experience in the field of price appraisal; reputable valuation company,...

- Price of package appraisal service (including costs of surveying, collecting information to appraise the debt, security assets, assets related to the debt, ...)

- Other criteria: Provide certificates according to regulations, be responsible for the appraisal value.

- Letter of offer price appraisal service (including cost of appraisal).
