BIDV Can Tho announces the selection of auction organization for factory, equipment, forklift in Tra Noc

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Can Tho Branch (BIDV Can Tho) hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

- Name of asset: Factory 1, warehouse, drying yard, foreground, warehouse platform 3, the whole fish feed production line No. 1 and 4 forklifts.

- Description: All equipment, devices and fish feed production lines have been decommissioned and degraded; factory and warehouse have been used for many years, showing signs of degradation with patchy, degrading ground; 04 forklifts: rusty, disassembled wheels, rear wheel shaft is lost, stops operating for about 10 years.

- Location: The entire property is located in Lot 27, Tra Noc Industrial Zone, Tra Noc Ward, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City.

- Reserve price: According to independent valuation certificate.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Can Tho no later than 09 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Having operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Other criteria as required by Can Tho Branch

5. Application:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Remarks:

- Notice on selection automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Can Tho shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of organization unselected.
